In house electrical engineering design and estimating Power Distribution, Motor Control Centres, MV Switchboards Brisbane, QLD
This national Australian owned organisation provides state of the art technology in environmentally friendly switchboard design and installation projects. Their speciality lies in power distribution, motor control centres, medium voltage switchboards and energy management across the building, water and mining industries.
Currently they have a requirement for an Electrical Switchboard Estimator for Lead Estimator role in Brisbane.

Within your role will have the following accountabilities
Developing and submitting project estimates in a team environment Assessing project costs and subcontract conditions Negotiating tenders for the business group Developing design and construct estimates and rates for switchboard installations
The ideal applicant will have an electrical trade background or tertiary qualification from the electrical discipline. You should also have a knowledge of estimating software and have previous experience estimating specifically with MV switchboards and switchgear. Prior experience as an electrical estimator working for a design and construct switchboard manufacturing facility is ideal for this role.
