POSITION DESCRIPTION: Will focus on strategic communications issues including issue management and message development, brand-building, industry positioning, and trend analysis.

SELECTION CRITERIA: University degree in journalism, communications, or public relations. Masters Degree preferable. Twelve (12) years of appropriate work experience, preferably in conjunction with the petroleum industry or related industries.Energy industry background or Middle Eastern experience is preferable.

COMMENTS: Public Relations Department is responsible for enhancing and protecting the company image through interaction with the public, industry leaders, opinion leaders, its customers and the media.
