Experienced Cost Planner, QS and Estimators Oil and Gas

This global, privately owned construction consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Cost Planner to join their successful team to drive the Oil and Gas portfolio forward in their Brisbane office. This company offers a diverse range of consulting services within a Cost Management and Asset Management capabilities and have profitably developed their skills within the Buildings, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Mining sectors.

This position is exceptional for someone living in Brisbane or wanting to relocate to Sunshine and Relaxation that Queensland has to offer. Tertiary Qualifications are a must and RICS accredited is ideal but not necessary.

The core skills necessary for this role:

Superior Understanding of Quantity Surveying TechniquesFantastic Communication SkillsStrategic ability with Cost, benefitsBills of Quantity Report Writing The role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor that is looking to develop their skills and move into a company that will open many doors.

With a keen focus for 2009-2010 being on the thriving Oil and Gas sector they are looking to be No# 1 globally. With this in mind an experienced Quantity Surveyor, degree qualified and a member of the AIQS, with the full suite of Pre Contracts, BOQ and Post Contract skills is desired.
