Owned by two of the industry heavy weights in the construction technology sectors, this specialist High Voltage and Electrical Services company are at the fore in delivery of specialist design and construction projects to the power utilities industry across Australia.
Made up of a company of 140 strong nationally, they have a loyal client base and a steady flow of work. As a result a position exists for an Electrical Estimator. Located in the Brisbane office (City skirts) you will be working with a small team of professionals within the HV and Electrical Services business.
Your role will be responsible for producing estimates on a range of HV substation and switchgear D & C projects along with transformer capital works on a national basis. An autonomous role it is essential that you have a good solid understanding of estimating 'first principals' and can confidently produce solid estimates using industry estimating software.
It is essential that you have;
Relevant qualification (Electrical Engineering or Trade qualification)Experience using Estimating software such as CATS, Pronamics, Expert Estimator5 years within the HV Electrical industry with at least 3 years in an estimating position.This is an important role within a business which is growing and set to double in size, getting started at ground level will see an exciting future for a career driven and motivated individual.
