IMMEDIATE NEED! Client seeks a Project Coordinator for a contract assignment in Minneapolis, MN. Client seeks candidates with prior experience in the telecommunications industry. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities:

-> Maintain and update CSS, Siterra, NTD and CASPR databases (AT&T)
-> Obtain forecast and actual dates from team members on routine basis to keep project trackers current
-> Assist project managers and team members with daily tasks including client reporting and communications
-> Assist with Scheduling/Planning functions (prepare and maintain baseline schedule, assist with critical path reporting, etc..)
-> Maintain and update data, site and project status in multiple databases for tracking and reporting
-> Process and tracking of services and reports, including check requests and PO requests

Requirements:

-> Associates degree, or relevant experience
-> 2+ years of experience in a project coordinator/project support role
-> Prior experience with telecommunications projects preferred
-> Prior experience with CSS, Siterra, NTD, and CASPR are a plus
-> Experience with project planning and tracking systems, including spreadsheets and web based databases
-> Computer literate and strong knowledge of MS office, including Excel, MS Outlook
