World Class Industrial Design and Graphics company has immediate need for a very creative Industrial Designer / Graphic Designer for a contract probable perm position at its Southern California location designing awards, trophies and industrial graphics.

Responsibilities:

-> Taking a concept from sketch to 3D representation for manufacturing
-> Developing client concepts into final production rendering for manufacturing
-> Bringing new creativity and concepts to the company's product line

Requirements:

-> BS Industrial Design or Graphic Arts
-> Experience working in 3D and 2D design
-> Proficiency with Alias, Solid Works, Illustrator, Photo Shop
-> Experience designing for production in glass, plastic resin
-> Experience with producing preprint art and production art
-> Knowledge of injection molding process and designing for manufacturing by injection mold
-> Experience working with off-shore manufacturing, particularly in Orient - desired
-> Graphic creativity, artistic creativity in developing award winning concepts for new products

• Describe your educational background and any certifications you may hold.

• Describe your Industrial Design - Graphic Arts experience, where, type of concepts developed,.

• Rate your proficiency with Solid Works, Illustrator, Photo Shop, Alias, other 2D and 3D design packages.

• Describe three projects you have designed and seen through production by injection molding process.

• Describe your familiarity with designing for production in glass and plastic resin.
