An international firm that offers integrated design, consulting and engineering services in the construction industry is actively seeking a HVAC Project Manager for a full time position in South eastern Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

-> Review of outgoing and incoming project correspondence for quality and appropriateness
-> Develop multi-discipline work plan for project that meets the scope and the fee
-> Develop fee proposals and scopes of work for projects for AM or client
-> Assemble engineering project team that is appropriate for the project scope and budget - responsible for billing, revenue projection, and manpower planning for projects
-> Be able to lead and mentor Engineer and Designer level staff with their HVAC design issues
-> Review and guide Life cycle cost analyses, and energy/cost calculations for HVAC systems
-> Develop Design Guides for the HVAC department
-> Perform complex code analysis and writes interpretation for design team

Requirements:

-> 8+ years experience in the construction and HVAC systems industry
-> A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering - PE's are preferred
-> Significant experience with HVAC systems as a Design Engineer
-> Significant experience in Project Management/Coordination in a supervisory role in a relevant industry
-> Outstanding planning and communication skills
-> Familiar with training and mentoring methods
