An exceptional opportunity exists for a Senior Site Manager to headline an immediate project with a builder capable of providing long term project depth. With projects ranging from $5M to $100M this established Tier 2 builder is gearing for a competitive approach to their 2009/10 period.

The project site, located 5kms from Melbourne's CBD offers an experienced site manager the opportunity to deliver a high profile project over a 2 year period. Leading a committed team you will have excellent support from Senior Project Management and the opportunity to be rewarded through a strong remuneration based around $160K.

To qualify for this position you will have excellent structures experience and a long list of projects you have completed as a Site Manager throughout your career. You will also demonstrate sound Victorian experience, strong OHS and the ability to cover the project with excellence through to handover. Candidates who have demonstrated these attributes and are looking for a long term career, and can also show longevity of employer will be highly regarded.
