This is a permanent role with a secure publicly funded organisation with a strong pipeline of work over the next 2-5 years. As a leading owner of water and waste water assets they will play a central part in South East Queensland's drive to deliver the infrastructure required as a result of ongoing population growth.

Applications are invited for a Senior Estimation officer role. The basic function of the role will be to maintain external relationships with suppliers and contractors and keep updated a database of pricing information. You will then use this information to help facilitate the preperation of budgets and estimates across a broad range of internal stakeholders.

It is anticipated you will have had experience in a water or waste water role involving preparation of budgets and estimates and have a basic knowledge of the relevant civil, mechanical, electrical and chemical engineering components of a typical water / waste water asset. Experience in a contracting or asset owner environment will both be considered.
