This multi-disciplinary contractor provides services to the construction and resources sector and has in the past 12 months secured contracts in excess of $500m with many of the industries key players. The company has extensive project capabilities and its experienced workforce has seen it continually expand its operations since its establishment over 3 decades ago.

Due to the current demand for the company's services it is seeking a highly qualified Estimator to join its Commercial Building Arm. Reporting to the Estimating Manager and working as part of a highly experienced Estimating and Design team your key responsibilities will be:

• Preparing commercial cost plans and budget estimates
• Collating and formulating quotation and tender requests
• Documenting changes to specifications and preparing addendums
• Assisting develop trade specific scope of works and providing value engineered solutions
• Liaison with Architects, Engineers, contractors, suppliers, Council's etc
