With an excellent business model and offices in both Brisbane and Sydney they are now looking to expand upon their Estimating team. The last few years have been periods of sustained growth and 2009 is shaping up to be no different.

Reporting to the Chief Estimator you will be an integral part of the Estimating team - responsible for the delivery and compilation of tenders. You will learn from arguably one of the best Chief Estimators on the Brisbane market, developing your skills and experience enabling you to progress qucikly whilst learing at the same time. If you are looking to take the next step in your career whilst working within a strong recession proof company then this could be the ideal role for you.

You will need:

At least 3 years estimating experience for a commercial builder.
Tertiary qualifications in either Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
To have the ability to negotiate with sub-contractors.
Experience using BuildSoft.
Ambition and a desire to excel within a supportive working environment.
