This company has one of Hays best client relationships, developed from years of happy candidates being placed which in turn helped this company grow to where it stands today, in the top 10 Victorian civil contractors, turning over $125m per annum.

They are involed in civil projects generally involving heavy structures up to the value of $25m. They require an immediate foreman to join their team and to work on one of their projects running a crew of 20 to deliver a $3m structures and earthworks job.

The ideal candidate will come from strong civil construction background, running projects in the region of at least $3m. The candidate will have experience of running the whole show, looking after a team of men, dealing with subbies and a history completeng projects in a successful manner.

Our client is not looking for a short term fix. They want someone who genuinely wants to work for a contractor who will look after them, and wants to be a cornerstone of this company.

We have made a number of placements with them and know exactly what they offer, but also know what they expect. A genuine fantastic opportunity to take the step up and join a contractor pushing to that 'top tier status'.
