MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: BS Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology; Organizational Development. Experience: 6 years. Experience in organization development and/or management consulting. Certification to teach Blanchard Training & Development (Situational Leadership); Zenger-Miller. Experience in coaching and mentoring in an organization, teaching, presenting and supervising. Goal setting and appraising performance are necessary skills. Candidate should have hands-on experience in these three areas so that the candidate can be prepared in the shortest time to enter the PMP supportive role with limited mentoring for TLC consultants.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts Process Management Process support intervention in the context of organizational development. Performs needs assessment, partners with the management team, delivers programs, and conducts follow-up mentoring. Conducts coaching courses for first line and middle level management. Liaises with the management team, the HRD group, Admin Area and Departmental Systems Administrators, and with Career Counselors in the process of supporting the PMP implementation in an organization. Assists organizations in conducting pre & post course surveys.
