Position Synopsis
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to provide efficient administrative support to the Perth Training Department.
You will be required to play a key role in assisting with the coordination of training for all employees and take full responsibility for following through on training issues, ensuring a high level of support is provided to employees and line managers. As a key contact for ensuring data accuracy of employee training records, you will be required to apply your attention to detail in entering, updating and maintaining training records, as well as utilising your experience to identify process and procedure improvements and methods to optimise the quality of data being captured into SAP.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide administrative support to Training Department;
* Coordinate training for Perth based employees;
* Arrange appropriate venues for training both on and off site;
* Support the administration, implementation and maintenance of the Document Management System;
* Provide effective and efficient service in line with company policies and procedures; and
* Monthly reporting.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience in administration support, ideally in a training environment. You will display advanced proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with SAP will be highly regarded.
You will need to be strongly team focused, very flexible in your work approach and exhibit an exceptional ability to prioritise competing work tasks. You will display excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience in interacting with a diverse range of people. You will be meticulous in all aspects and maintain focus on data quality and achieving deadlines.
