Our most recent growth project, Rapid Growth Project 5, will take installed capacity at our Western Australian Iron Ore operations to 205mpta by the second half of calendar year 2011.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Area Manager will be the point of contact on site and responsible for representing the project by ensuring the coordination of interfaces and relationships are managed to an exceptional standard. The Site Area Manager will provide visible leadership in the areas of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

In order to be successful in this role you will have extensive experience and demonstrated ability to promote all company values, leadership along with HSEC principles of Zero Harm through communication and actions.

Consolidated experience in the Construction and/or Operations management arena, with a Material Handling environment is preferable for this position.

Strong influencing and negotiating skills to enhance project value and execution will be essential. Your team player attitude, ability to think, plan, create, and successfully lead and work with others and your desire to achieve in a dynamic and demanding project environment will be key to ensuring your success and ultimate satisfaction at ADP.
