Our client, a leading Civil Engineering Company that has been operating for over forty years in Australia is looking for a Civil Estimator to join their team.

The primary function of the role will be to provide preparation of cost estimates and technical proposals for tender submissions for rail, road, structures or mining projects.

The Role Civil Estimator

Plan and lead cost estimates for medium to large-sized projects
Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals for tender submissions within the scope of appropriate drawings, specifications, quantities and cost data.
Maintain cost data bases.
Provide input into the monthly reporting on all key activities and issues.
Attend site visits as required to gain a thorough understanding of local conditions.
Also as the Civil Estimator you must have

5-10 years civil construction estimating experience
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
