Mining Giant - Central QLD based S1, S2, S3 and G2a qualifications Underground Experience needed
This International and well branded Mining organisation is the worlds largest producer of export thermal coal and a significant producer of coking coal. With the extent of the operation, the company needs an Outbye Superintendent to lead the outbye activities of the mine with emphasis on safety, teamwork and achieve planned tasks. The organisation is one of the top most diversified Metals & Mining organisations in the world who continue to grow and create value over the long term, forming mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders.

Working out of Central QLD reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Implementing and driving a safety culture within the operationStrategies to improve efficiencies in equipment utilisation and outbye performanceEnsuring the provision of mining infrastructure in outbye & surface areasImprove efficiencies/processes through the development of team & maintenance/operational issueDevelop long term planning & schedulingImplementing/develop training programmes to improve employee competences Requirements:

Proven track record in outbye operationsS1, S2 and S3 qualificationsUnderground experience highly desirable Excellent interpersonal skillsPro-active and friendly individualIn return:
