An expanding Mining Company is looking for a Senior Mining Engineer to oversee feasibility projects and manage Technical Consultants. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Underground Mining and be familiar with large 'turn-key projects'. Duties will include responsibility on Capex expenditure and 'on time' delivery of projects. 50% of the time will be spent in West Africa and the other 50% in the UK/Europe, therefore eligibility to work in Europe is necessary.
Previous experience in Africa is a bonus but not essential. This position will suit a person who is adaptable, able to liaise with stakeholders, provide good leadership and communicate at all levels. Competitive salary and conditions will be offered to the right candidate.
