Immediate Need in North Carolina for a Director of DAS Deployment (distributed antenna systems) with a min. of 5 years project management experience.

Responsibilities:

-> Provide support to the SVP, DAS Solutions, by having a leading role in the development and execution of strategies for the deployment of ODAS networks
-> Serve as subject matter expert that require advanced fiber design (FTTx) while providing input to Outdoor DAS (RF) designs to reduce cost, while maximizing investment and operating efficiencies
-> Oversee daily operations of the ODAS Development team, while maintaining focus on divisions strategic goals and objectives
-> Oversee all ODAS Deployment team decisions to include, recruitment, training, supervision, establishment of performance goals and quarterly reviews for the team

Requirements:

-> Minimum 5 years experience with DAS construction, deployment, or management role preferred
-> Experience with the management of Fiber (FTTx) / Outside Plant Deployment, Tower Site Acquisition, Site Development, Network Deployment and Construction Management preferred
-> Project Management Certification preferred
-> Experience in managing full life cycle wireless buildouts / deployments required
-> Approximately 50% travel along with 25% field activity job time
