Operations Manager - Wind Turbine/Repair/Composite 75-90 K/yr

Client has an IMMEDIATE NEED for an Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations of its Wind Turbine Blade repair service. Position in located in KS.

Responsibilities:

-> Manage the day-to-day operations of the Wind Turbine Blade repair service
-> Develop and train qualified staff to perform assigned tasks in compliance with all safety procedures
-> Responsibility for monthly Profit and Loss
-> Quote new repair job opportunities
-> Visit established Wind Farms and meet with site manager to promote company repair services
-> Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers

Requirements:

-> BSME, or equivalent, and 3+ years of hands on experience with on-site Wind Turbine Blade repair
-> Prior experience managing operations including profit and loss statements, staff, job quotes, etc
-> CCT (Composite Components Technician) certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months
-> Must be physically able to climb Wind Turbine towers
-> Must be willing to travel in the USA as well as Mexico and Canada
