Senior Project Manager - Lighting/Retrofit/Commercial/Institutional 1-1 K/yr

Senior Lighting Project Manager needed to coordinate the implementation of commercial, retail and institutional retrofit projects for a leading energy efficiency solutions company in Northwest, Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

-> Deliver the design and build lighting services including subcontracting, scheduling, coordinating and tracking
-> Ensure client satisfaction with the delivery of the assigned project on time and within budget
-> Act as the main contact for communications with the client
-> Work with clients and team members to gather and disseminate information
-> Direct team members at all levels of contract administration
-> Controls multiple projects at various stages of work

Requirements:

-> Minimum of 10 years experience in Senior Level Project Management related to lighting retrofits
-> Minimum 5 years of experience managing large multi-site projects >100 locations and/or $1,000,000
-> Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Engineering Degree a plus
-> Building HVAC, EMS and/or performance contract experience a plus
-> Energy efficient lighting project design and development experience a plus
-> Technical competence to perform the above duties and responsibilities
-> Excellent communication and time management skills
-> Positive attitude and proven ability to work in a team environment
-> Must be able to travel as required (50% of time)
