FITTER - West Plant
METALLOYS - MEYERTON, VAAL TRIANGLE, GAUTENG

Ensuring compliance with BHP Billiton commitment to Zero Harm, you will be part of a high performance team. You will be responsible for executing maintenance activities in order to maximise equipment and reliability thereby ensuring optimum availability and minimal breakdowns.

You will need a N3 with a recognized Fitting Trade Certificate and 2 years experience in a heavy industrialised environment. You will conduct maintenance on a submerged arc furnace, overhead cranes, as well as furnace auxiliary equipment maintenance. Knowledge of the GSAP maintenance planning system would be advantageous.
