We are looking for an energetic and proactive administrator to assist the Training Department, manage a high volume workload and take responsibility for following through on tasks.
Position Synopsis
Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will be responsible for all administrative issues and supporting the Training Department. You will focus your efforts on the following key accountabilities:
* Training administration and managing training records;
* Manage the booking and upkeep of training rooms;
* Managing the Training Departments equipment and manuals;
* Invoicing, AMEX reconciliations and processing payments using GSAP;
* Ordering training supplies, ensuring resources are available for trainers;
* Arranging staff and other travel and accommodation; and
* Other administrative duties that are required, e.g. filing, maintaining stationary, training room preparation, booking meetings.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have wide ranging administration experience and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications. Experience within training will be highly regarded. Your excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative and advanced multi-tasking capabilities are critical success factors.
Working in a relatively autonomous role within the team, you will be required to be a self starter who is capable of controlling your own work flows and adding value to team processes where possible. Your flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and your meticulous attention to detail will be highly regarded. Exposure to GSAP will be favourably viewed.
