Position Synopsis
The Operations Development team has been recently established to allow changes in Western Australian Iron Ore (WAIO) production capacity to be managed by ADP. These specialists will be working to a program plan with 3 year time horizon incorporating parallel projects at different stages of development.
The Principal Advisor Infrastructure Assets is responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of asset management strategies and plans for all non processing infrastructure working closely with ADP personnel and WAIO operations. This is a unique opportunity to define the asset management processes, systems, skills, and structures for the maintenance and management of all non processing infrastructure across an entire business whilst influencing required changes within the existing assets.
Skills and Experience
The successful individual will demonstrate experience in operating and maintaining non processing infrastructure assets. You will have good knowledge of asset management techniques and a strong understanding of whole systems, with planning and facilitation capability. Key to the success of the role will be your ability to influence to successful outcomes and demonstrate strong relationship building and management skills.
