A member of the BHP Billiton Group, Nickel West is a fully integrated nickel business comprising mines, concentrators, a smelter and refinery, all located in Western Australia.
Nickel West is the world’s third largest producer of nickel-in-concentrate.
Nickel operations at Leinster include the Perseverance Underground Mine, Cliffs Nickel Mine, Rocky’s Reward Open Pit Mine, other satellite deposits, and a nickel concentrator and dryer.
The Cliffs Nickel Mine is an integral part of the Leinster Nickel Operation, located 12 kilometres south of the Mt Keith Operation. Cliffs is a narrow vein nickel/cobalt deposit and is an underground mining operation.

Think Purpose
Perform the safe and efficient installation of all Paste Fill piping and pumps that are required to maintain production throughout the underground workings of the mine.
Think Requirements
You will be mechanically inclined, having knowledge of underground services including air, water, electrical, and ventilation installations. The successful applicant will possess underground mining experience including a working knowledge of pump lines, Paste Plant fittings and construction of mine infrastructure.
A current WA Drivers Licence and Police Clearance are essential.
Leinster Nickel Operation including Cliffs has a clean shaven policy.
