Our most recent growth project, Rapid Growth Project 5, will take installed capacity at our Western Australian Iron Ore operations to 205mpta by the second half of calendar year.

Our Technical Control group now seeks an enthusiastic and organised person to assist in the management of technical document system’s and train personnel in the Technical Control Group’s systems and procedures.

Working closely with the Technical Control teams, the Document Controller and System's Facilitator will provide training and advice on Drawing & Record management systems & processes, as well as establish and maintain drawings received by the Organisation to company policy and technical Cad standards. You will also be responsible for identifying, resolving and reporting data integrity problems for the organisation.

To be considered you will demonstrate strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Technical Document Systems and be competent in a range of software applications. Previous experience in dealing with Engineering documents, exposure with Project Wise and CAD drawings would be viewed favourably.

An ability to work independently whilst contributing to the team culture of continuous improvement is essential. Highly developed analysis skills will be required to evaluate Drawing and record management needs as well as your ability to translate these needs into systems. Experience in delivering one-on-one training would be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, prior training experience interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical success factors in this role.
