The scope and size of projects that ADP is working on in both studies and execution will allow for a broad learning spectrum - opportunities for involvement in multi billion dollar projects, revolutionising engineering with key strategies in modularisation, strategic procurement, standardisation and global engineering.
Reporting to the Principal Civil Engineer, the role of Senior Civil Engineer will play a critical part in the planning and execution of our next suite of major capital investments. The Senior Civil Engineer will assist in development of new methods of project delivery for civil components of the projects, and develop civil engineering standards across all ADP works. The program represents multi billions of dollars of civil works - duplicating existing rail systems, new mines and port developments and non-process infrastructure projects. This key role will interface with a range of key stakeholders, principally our Engineering Consultants and contractors, including specialist international organisations.
The candidate will demonstrate a blend of design and construction experience, in major earthworks and concrete works projects. Candidates will be tertiary qualified demonstrating high level engineering and technical capacities, with strong understanding of statutory requirements. You will demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, a clear thinking and practical approach, together with a strong achievement focus.
