Manager - Mine Development for our client, a mining company working in the Republic of Congo.
The role will involve focusing on the management of site activities, optimisation of logistics and cost control. The Manager - Mine Development will have responsibility and accountability within the company authority structures on project matters leading to commissioning and completion. More specifically, the Manager will be a key contributor to the successful conclusion of feasibility studies and investment decisions in relation to matters encompassing health and safety, project management, project procurement and construction, local infrastructure and logistics, in-country management and administration, together with environmental affairs and community relations.
Previous working experience in Africa desirable, together with a good knowledge of the French language. Salary to be advised.
