Large scale Underground Project

We are currently partnered with a large scale engineering company who specialise in Project Management and design engineering for the mining sector. They have extensive practical experience of mining activities from exploration right through to production, with a particular strength in underground activities. They currently are working on a large scale underground project. This project includes the detailed design of multi-disciplined components of underground and surface infrastructure. Due to this work coming online, they require an Project Manager to oversee the underground design.
This ongoing contract role requires a candidate with many years working on large scale projects within the mining sector. The successful candidate will have worked for large scale EPCM's on projects worth in excess of $100 million in the capacity of Project Manager. They will have experience working on underground projects, prefferably in Coal. They will also have extensive experience in Material Handling design.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a leading player on large scale projects in the wonderful city of Brisbane.
