Solid manufacturing company near Detroit, MI is in search a Warranty Analyst for an immediate direct hire position.

Responsibilities:

-> Create forms and instructions for reporting, evaluating and recording warranty data
-> Act as the liaison between many departments concerning warranty issues
-> Run reports on an as needed basis

Requirements:

-> Must have a BS and five or more years of industry experience as a Customer Warranty Analyst
-> Must have working knowledge of Toyota SQIDS, Chrysler WIS, GM GART and Ford AWS
-> Must have strong understanding of rubber and plastic processing materials and equipment as well as gauging and testing procedures
-> Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Excel Pivot tables and Power Point
