Background:

Our client is an established WA owned family company. Operating from Perth, they specialise in the construction of subdivisions and associated civil works.

Because of an increasing workload and tenders won they require the services of a full time Senior Project Manager to assist the Contracts Department in project management and to provide assistance in tender preparation.

The non Negotiables:

5-10 years experience in Civil project Management - Preferably in AustraliaExperience in earthworks, roadworks, sub divisional works, bridge works, drainage and piping Proficiency operating MS OfficeDemonstrated ability to handle a number of projects simultaneouslyAbility to handle large scale projectsThe Highly Desirables:

Tertiary/Diploma qualifications in Engineering, Project/Construction Mnaagement etcTrack record in sub divisional project managementExperience using civil design applicationsSite based experienceWhat's in it for you:
