About our Client

Our client is an international mining company with operations around the globe and a strong employee reputation.

Job Description

Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in production rates and ensuring the plant is fully utilised at optimum levels. With a number of Metallurgists reporting through to the role, it's imperative that you demonstrate the leadership and support needed to run this complex operation. There are also a number of ongoing projects which you will also take part in as part of the Continuous Improvement Strategy across site.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified Metallurgist or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years experience in production.
Gold experience will be advantageous.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
