An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned and experienced Project Administrator to join a leading construction company delivering a major Melbourne based civil infrastructure project. This is a great chance to further your career whilst working in a busy and vibrant project office among a friendly and supportive team.

Supporting the Project Management and engineering team you will be responsible for a diverse range and project and construction administration activities on this multi-million dollar infrastructure project. Duties include, but are not limited to; cost control, collating contracts and project documentation, preparation of financial reports, progressing subcontractor claims and raising purchase orders and invoices.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success in a similar role and significant exposure to the construction/infrastructure sector. Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle and prioritise numerous tasks simulatanouesly will be vital to your ability to deliver in a fast-paced project environment. Previous experience with programs such as MIMS and JD Edwards will be highly regarded.
