Drafter - Electrical/Substation/CAD

A client with offices in the Austin, TX area is looking for a Drafter with substation experience. This is a contract to hire position.

Responsibilities:

-> Develop drawings from sketches or verbal direction
-> Perform Engineering support tasks under limited supervision
-> Basic knowledge of substation terminology and symbology
-> Check drawings for quality control

Requirements:

-> High School level mathematics
-> Drafting, including scales, drawing layout, lettering, and a high degree of accuracy in copying
-> Extensive knowledge of various CADD programs
-> Basic knowledge of substation terminology and symbology
