Woodside currently have exciting opportunities available for pro-active and enthusiastic Administration Assistants to be based at the Karratha Gas Plant. Vacancies exist across the Production, Maintenance, Shutdown, Training, and Health and Safety departments where you will have the chance to work with the industry's best in a busy, challenging and fun environment.
Fundamental accountabilities for all of the positions include:

* Diary and email management
* Organisation and co-ordination of meetings and agenda preparation
* Arranging travel and accommodation requirements and itineraries
* General administrative support to Managers, Team Leaders and team members
* Preparation of SAP requisitions and service entries
* Ordering safety clothing through the SAP automated system
* Collation of information for meetings and reporting purposes
* Reconciliation of corporate credit card expenditure and processing of expenses

To be successful for one of these rewarding opportunities, you will possess;

* Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Advanced Office Skills and Administration or similar qualifications
* Advanced level skills in MS Outlook, Word PowerPoint and Excel
* Extensive experience in a secretarial/administrative role within a large organisation
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Self motivation and be an enthusiastic team player
* Experience in the oil and gas industry will be preferred
