The Integrated Activity Planner role sits within our North Rankin 2 Project. This position reports to the North Rankin 2 Operations Manager and is key position in this team. Key Activities in this role include:

* Develop and maintain robust NRA Medium Term Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) from P3e planning software.
* Develop fully resourced plan and confirm and manage resource profiles to within the bedding constraint limits
* Ensure maximum loading to ensure work is liquidated as soon as practical and the most efficiently.
* Validate and integrate activities in the Plan while highlighting concurrent activities.
* Provide visibility on schedule logic so that Management and team Members understand and agree on schedule constraints.
* Highlight critical path activities to enable priorities to be established.
* Identify opportunities to optimise offshore activities by adapting the plan to meet the requirements of a highly dynamic environment & challenging logistical constraints.
* Take a lead role in challenging proposed activities and optimising logistics and resources.
* Supply information on the production impact of activities to Production, Business Planning & Offtake Coordination teams.
* Regularly update the schedule and provide quality reports to communicate progress, highlights, concerns and issues to Management.
* Instigate the process & manage changes to the NRA Medium Term IAP.

Primavera Planning Software experience
*
A minimum of 5 years planning experience in the oil and gas industry
*
Strong knowledge in Operations and Project Phases is desirable
