Wells Programme Cost Analyst / Estimator

Wells Programme Cost Analyst / Estimator required for major operator in London, to support the delivery of the programme drilling, completion and subsea work programmes through MPcp Select to Execute. Position to start in October. Contract term 1 year renewable.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and own D&C cost model(s), using MWE template
Ensure D&C cost estimate is integrated into Programme and project costs estimate and is consistent with other sector cost models (no scope gaps / overlaps) (e.g. logistics, owners costs)
Create and own wells cost book for Programme
Ensure cost model is aligned with cost control/tracking requirements and feeds WBS (link with cost engineers/analysts
Create deterministic MWE to enable cost change to be directly tracked and forecast.
Run model to forecast cost changes and provide updates as inputs updated (costs, benchmarks) � 6 monthly forecast (MPcp) and milestones (e.g. contract cost updates, Phase 2 evaluation, escalation updates)
Revision control of cost model
Review MOCs / WDNs (Wells Decisions Notes) / RDNs (Rig Decision Notes) / VOs with technical leads to identify and capture scope changes
Participate in commercial evaluation of drilling tenders to support programme cost book � interface with PSCM
Input to economic analysis for the drilling programme
Assist with project cost benchmark analysis.
