Our highly regarded client is one of the largest specialised railway engineering and project management companies with a number of large scale rail construction projects and exciting plans for further expansion. Due to continued growth, they are seeking Lead and Senior Civil Engineers to support significant projects based in the Pilbara region.

Based in Perth, and reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be working within a team to provide technical support under general supervision in relation to design and engineering services for civil/ Rail engineering projects.

As such your duties and responsibilities will include to:

Ensure all civil engineering project work complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies and practices.
Prepare preliminary and detailed designs, specifications and documentation for all civil engineering project work and ensures project work complies with conditions and parameters set out in project scope of works.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate MUST have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project engineering office designing civil works and bulk earthworks for large engineering, rail and infrastructure projects.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
Demonstrated commercial acumen in the engineering, EPCM and construction environment
Rail background is highly regarded
