About the Job

CNI HAYSEngineering Contract Administrator Largest infrastructure projects in Queensland This role will give you the unique opportunity to work within a team of experts strategically managing the Contractual Agreements on Queensland's largest infrastructure projects, Airport Link the State's largest Public Private Partnership project, Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) and Airport Roundabout Upgrade, valued at $4.8 billion. Supported by the CNI Contract Manager, you will work with the technical team to review and assess performance and compliance with the contract documents, advise on contractual implications, prepare reports and all forms of contractual correspondence, manage variations and monitor and manage contractual issues and provide management reporting. You will be a self starter with proven competency in Contract Administration on major infrastructure projects possessing a sound knowledge of Australian contract specifications, strong negotiation ability and exceptional interpersonal skills. A qualification in engineering, construction management or quantity surveying with experience on large infrastructure projects is expected. Established in 2006, CNI is a wholly owned Queensland government company tasked with managing the contractual arrangements between the State and concessionaire on these world class projects.
