Our clients are an established commercial construction company. Due to the high enquiry level and tender applications currently on the table, our clients are ready to secure a new Estimator to join their team.

As a design and build company, our clients projects include multi-unit developments and hi-rise commercial developments.

Experience & Qualifications
The successful applicant will demonstrate a previous track record in commercial estimating and tender submission and management. Preference will be given to candidates who have a commercial construction estimating background.

You will have at least 2-3 years previous experience in commercial estimating or have at least 5 years experience in multi unit or luxury residential homes as a Senior Estimator.

Duties will include creating budgets and time line cost plans, liaising with clients and sub-contractors and successfully pricing and securing new tenders.

This is fantastic opportunity and you will be VERY well rewarded with our clients offering a salary of up to $100k+ super.
