Our multi award-winning client is among Melbourne's most sought after creators of contemporary housing. From small beginnings as a custom home builder, this company quickly gained credibility with Melbourne's residents, and due to company growth are now seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will support the contracts team and the project manager on a diverse range of projects and will have the opportunity to utilise their excellent communication and project scheduling skills. Other duties will include customer service, finalising contracts, placing orders for building products, variations to contract, preparing permit applications and client hand over's.

You will need to have gained at least 2 years experience as a Contracts Administrator. Custom homebuilding experience will be looked upon favourably

A salary package of between $50 and 70K per annum will be awarded to the successful candidate, along with the opportunity to work with a leading homebuilder.
