Maintenance Supervisor - Continuous /Improvement/Maintenance 65-75 K/yr

World class bearing manufacturer has immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor at its Philadelphia, PA location to plan and arrange work assignments utilizing maintenance personnel to achieve continuous improvement in reliability of production equipment.

Responsibilities:

-> Direct supervision of department to set up and maintain a maintenance program to achieve highest level of dependability
-> Installation, maintenance and removal of production equipment
-> Plan and build work on capital projects
-> Instruct subordinates in all facets of machining operations

Requirements:

-> BS Engineering / Technical, Manufacturing, or Management; more experience without degree will be considered
-> 4 to 8 years experience as Maintenance Supervisor in large manufacturing facility, preferably bearing manufacturing
-> Proficiency with Shop PC
-> Experience with hiring, terminating, evaluating, promoting, demoting and motivating employees in a manufacturing maintenance environment
-> Proficiency in machining operations, CNC setup, programming and operation
