About the Job
PROJECT ENGINEER Mining Machinery Developments Australia (MMD) a privately owned progressive organisation with offices in Brisbane, Mackay, Singleton & Wollongong, is seeking positive 'can do' personnel to join our team specialising in the supply of Mineral Sizers and materials handling equipment / systems to the mining industry. Working from our Brisbane Offices the preferred candidate will be self motivated with good communication skills, broad based engineering experience, a strong background in mining / heavy engineering and experience in bulk materials handling. Responsibilities shall include a broad range of minor and major engineering projects, the interpretation of tender documents, preparation of quotations, designs, specifications and general arrangement drawings. Candidates will need to demonstrate hands on knowledge of Solidworks 3D design software, AutoCAD, MS Project and the Microsoft suite of programs. Inter / intra-state travel will be necessary as the position expands. Graduate Mechanical Engineers and Senior Mechanical Design Draughtperson's looking for progression within this industry, are advised to apply.
