Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a B.Sc. in Engineering, eligibility for registration as a professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. • 7+ years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in project management, field installations, design and operation of crude oil pipeline, station, measurement and storage facilities. • Senior Engineer will lead engineering teams, directly supervise consulting engineers, give technical presentations and serve on various committees. • Strong interpersonal, communication, supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical support for the operation, maintenance and business aspects of the EPSI pipeline facilities; preparation and management of capital budget projects and development of business opportunities in EPSI.
Developing, designing, constructing and project managing capital and expense projects and program, relating to crude oil and natural gas liquid gathering.
Develop scope, estimates and justifications for future capital projects.
Develop specifications, obtain quotations, purchase materials, and award contracts on approved capital projects. Maintain cost control records and provide inspections.
Assist operations staff in preparing budget estimates for operations projects.
Provide technical advice and assistance to operating and maintenance groups of EPSI and its federally and provincially regulated companies.
Assist operations staff in the coordination and scheduling of construction activities that involve gathering or tankage operations.
Prepare technical reports on special projects.
