IMMEDIATE NEED!! Client seeks a Project Support Assistant for a contract assignment in OR. You must have prior project experience in the design/build, construction, or telecommunications industry. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities:

-> Organizes flow of administrative work through supervisor's office
-> Completes complex filing activities such as assigning file numbers, action items, and distribution for the project file system
-> Completes or coordinates cave storage for project files
-> Maintains project calendar and schedules meetings, travel, or events
-> May collect time sheets, review expense reports, verify accuracy of invoices prior to approval

Requirements:

-> 3+ years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in a project support role
-> Possesses basic knowledge of project policies and procedures involving all phases of project execution from bid specifications through project close-out
-> Demonstrates proficiency in project analyses, presentations, correspondence, and proposals
-> Filing, Typing, Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), MS Power Point
