Location: Memphis, TN, USA
IMMEDIATE NEED with a leading manufacturing company located in Memphis, TN. Client is searching for a CASTER MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Responsibilities:

-> Will be responsible for leadership and effective decision making

Requirements:

-> Must be at top technical level/grade or previous supervisory experience
-> Self-motivated, goal oriented, cost driven, and organized
-> Extensive hydraulics background
-> Background with air compressor maintenance and operation
-> Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles
-> Experience with machine and component assembly, and mechanical power transmission
-> Experience with welding and fitting, lubrication techniques and applications
-> Experience with material handling equipment, basic electricity, mold shop operations and fundamentals
-> Understanding of basic metallurgy
-> Three to five years steel experience preferred
-> Supervision experience preferred
-> Four year mechanical degree or equal experience is preferred
-> Three to five years industrial experience in a steel mill with net-shape casting preferred
-> Experience with boiler / steam systems (operation and maintenance) preferred
