Great contract opportunity for a Sr.Technical Editor at a great company in Northern, VA. Located right in northern Virginia, an opportunity that is close to all; transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Responsibilities:

-> Perform Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) tasks
-> Enforce quality requirements to include responding to corrective actions as well as other customer requirements
-> Provide IETM training both formal and informal
-> Participate in meetings and briefings as well as be responsible for providing on-site support to test activities

Requirements:

-> Experience with technical writing, content development, familiarity with content management authoring tools and databases
-> Must be knowledgeable in ISO processes & Microsoft Office products
-> Some travel will be required
-> US Citizenship is a must
-> Experience with military vehicles is desirable
