IMMEDIATE NEED! Client seeks a Project Coordinator for a contract assignment in Pittsburgh, PA. Client seeks candidates with prior experience in the telecommunications or construction industry. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities:

-> Maintain and update CASPR (AT&T)
-> Assist project managers and team members with daily tasks including client reporting and communications
-> Maintain and update data, site and project status in multiple databases for tracking and reporting
-> Process and tracking of services and reports, including check requests and PO requests
-> Maintain hard copies of all documents, and deliverables; maintain and organize Remote Desktop files and folders
-> General file keeping

Requirements:

-> Associates degree, or relevant experience
-> 1+ years of experience in a project coordinator/project support role (non-manufacturing)
-> Prior experience with telecommunications projects preferred
-> Prior experience with CASPR is a plus
-> Experience with project planning and tracking systems, including spreadsheets and web based databases preferred
-> Computer literate and strong knowledge of MS office, including Excel, MS Outlook
