Taking a lead role in the core business of this mid-tier D&C specialist, the Estimating Manager will drive the business development opportunities for an incredibly successful team. Having carved out a very successful niche, our clients business levels have remained steady throughout the year and are now on the rise. The position of Estimating Manager is a newly created role and will report to the CEO, taking full responsibility for the continued development of their core business, the design, fabrication and erection of specialist structural steel buildings. The Estimating Manager will be responsible for both business and people management and it is expected that the successful applicant will be keen to further develop these skills toward a senior management role.

What we're looking for:

5 yrs experience in estimation of construction projects - Structural steel preferred
Expert skills using MS Excel and commercial estimating packages
Proven business development skills or an aptitude for sales
Team leading skills
Tertiary qualification in construction or engineering
