A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work thorugh to Christmas and perhaps beyond........

An EPCM in Perth is looking for someone to come onboard for a new project in its initial stages. The project is a brownfields upgrade of a Mine site located in Western Australia. As a Mechanical Engineer with this company you will be based in the project office in the Perth area however the occasional site visit may be necessary.

Your duties while in this positon will initially involve focusing on the two areas, the materials handling side of the project - particular focus on bins, chutes, conveyors..etc - and the piping layout.

Our client is looking for a candidate with heavy involvement and continous employment within the Resources and Mining Industry. You will ideally have been involved with gold, nickel and iron projects. You will be technically minded and have a high degree of understanding of the mechanical discipline. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or on a week's notice and be available for the full 3 month contract with a possibility of becoming extended.
